The editorial department of service-bw reserves the right to include new links only if the linked websites meet the following criteria and an application is made in written text with a unique proof of identity:

1. The website must not contain any criminal or irregular content.
2. The website is operated by a natural person or legal entity (e.g. non-profit association), which does not use the website to pursue any commercial purposes. Websites are classified as commercial, if they are purely designed to realise profits in the private sector.
3. The website has to have a reference to Baden-Württemberg. The population in Baden-Württemberg has to benefit from the information on the website.

Existing links, which already meet these criteria, will be kept. All other links will be removed.
